| 摘 要： | 目的探讨计算机体层成像(CT)与核磁共振成像(MRI)对颈椎损伤的诊断价值。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的颈椎损伤患者60例,均实施CT及MRI检查,以手术结果为金标准,比较CT、MRI检查的诊断结果。结果CT对附件骨折的检出率高于MRI(P<0.05);MRI对脊髓创伤、脊椎旁软组织创伤的检出率均高于CT,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论CT与MRI对颈椎损伤诊断有重要意义,两者各具优势,可为临床针对性治疗提供有效参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in cervical spine injury.Methods 60 cases of patients with cervical spine injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and given CT and MRI.Taking surgical results as the gold standard,the diagnostic results of CT and MRI were compared.Results The detection rate of CT for appendix fractures was higher than that of MRI(P<0.05).The detection rates of MRI for spinal cord injury and paraspinal soft tissue injury were higher than those of CT(P<0.05).Conclusions CT and MRI have important significance in the diagnosis of cervical spine injury with their own advantages,which can provide effective reference for clinical targeted treatment. |
