铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月至2019年1月我院收治的73例幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者,根据治疗方式分为四联组(35例)和联合铝碳酸镁组(38例)。四联组采用常规四联疗法治疗,联合铝碳酸镁组在四联组基础上采用铝碳酸镁片治疗。治疗8周复查胃镜评估患者的治疗效果。观察两组的幽门螺旋杆菌根除、复发情况与不良反应情况。结果联合铝碳酸镁组的总有效率为94.74%,显著高于四联组的74.29%(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,联合铝碳酸镁组的幽门螺旋杆菌根除率分别为78.95%、94.74%,显著高于四联组的57.14%、77.14%(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合兰索拉唑治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃溃疡,可进一步提高治疗效果,有助于清除幽门螺旋杆菌。

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of Hydrotalcite Combined with Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Related Gastric Ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hydrotalcite combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer.Methods 73 patients with helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into quadruple group(35 cases)and combined hydrotalcite group(38 cases)according to the treatment mode.The quadruple group was treated with routine quadruple therapy,and the combined hydrotalcite group was treated with hydrotalcite tablets on the basis of the quadruple group.After 8 weeks of treatment,gastroscope was used to evaluate the treatment effect.The eradication and recurrence of helicobacter pylori,and the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the combined hydrotalcite group was 94.74%,significantly higher than 74.29% of the quadruple group(P<0.05).4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the eradication rates of helicobacter pylori in the combined hydrotalcite group were respectively 78.95% and 94.74%,significantly higher than 57.14%and 77.14%in the quadruple group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hydrotalcite combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer can further improve the treatment effect,and help eliminate the helicobacter pylori.
