路径式早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者语言及肢体功能康复的影响

摘    要:目的探讨路径式早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者语言及肢体功能康复的影响。方法 98例脑梗死患者随机分为两组各49例,对照组采用传统护理干预,观察组采用路径式早期康复护理干预,两组均干预1个月,比较两组干预前后的语言及肢体功能。结果干预前,两组WAB评分、FMA评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的WAB评分、FMA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论路径式早期康复护理干预可有效恢复脑梗死患者的语言功能,促进其肢体功能康复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pathway early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of language and limb function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention, and the observation group received pathway early rehabilitation nursing intervention. Both groups were intervened for 1 month, and the language function and limb function before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention, no significant difference was found in WAB score and FMA score between two groups(P>0.05);After intervention, the WAB score and FMA score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Pathway early rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively recover the language function and promote the rehabilitation of limb function of patients with cerebral infarction.
