腔内置管负压引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿的效果分析

目的分析腔内置管负压引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2018年12月期间收治的高位多间隙肛周脓肿患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组实施传统切开引流术治疗,观察组实施腔内置管负压引流术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间、术后VAS评分、临床疗效、复发率及并发症发生率。结果两组的手术时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P均<0.05)o观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的术后复发率、并发症发生率分别为3.33%、3.33%,均低于对照组的23.33%、20.00%(P<0.05)o结论腔内置管负压引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿疗效确切,且安全性较高,可缩短患者向恢复时间,有利于改善其预后,值得临床推广。

Analysis on the Effect of Endovascular Negative Pressure Drainage in the Treatment of High Multi-Gap Perianal Abscess

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endovascular negative pressure drainage in the treatment of high multi-gap perianal abscess.Methods 60 patients with high multi-gap perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given traditional incision drainage,while the observation group received endovascular negative pressure drainage.The operation time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,postoperative VAS score,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate and incidence of complications in the observation group were respectively 3.33%and 3.33%,lower than 23.33%and 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endovascular negative pressure drainage in the treatment of high multi-gap perianal abscess has exact clinical efficacy and higher safety,can shorten the recovery time of patients,and is beneficial to improve the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
