运动康复护理干预对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及运动耐量的影响

目的研究运动康复护理干预对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及运动耐量的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年4月我院收治的84例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用运动康复护理干预。观察两组患者干预3个月后的心功能指标及运动耐量。结果干预3个月后,观察组的LVEF、6-MWT均高于对照组,LVEDd低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者采用运动康复护理干预,可有效改善其心功能指标,提高其运动耐量,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function and Exercise Tolerance in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the influence of exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods 84 patients with chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function indicators and exercise tolerance at 3 months after intervention in the two groups were observed.Results 3 months after intervention,the LVEF and 6-MWT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the LVEDd was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease can effectively improve the cardiac function indicators and exercise tolerance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
