匹多莫德治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

目的探讨匹多莫德治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的老年慢性鼻窦炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用匹多莫德治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的Lund-Kennedy评分、Lund-Mackay评分及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组的Lund-Kennedy评分、Lund-Mackay评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者的炎性因子水平。

Influence of Clinical Efficacy of Pidotimod in the Treatment of Elderly Chronic Sinusitis and the Influence on Inflammatory Factors

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pidotimod in the treatment of elderly chronic sinusitis and the influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with pidotimod on the basis of routine treatment.The Lund-Kennedy scores,Lund-Mackay scores and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Lund-Kennedy score and Lund-Mackay score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,IL-8,CRP and TNF-a levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pidotimod in the treatment of elderly chronic sinusitis has exact clinical efficacy,which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
