全髋关节置换术对晚期股骨头坏死患者术中出血量及功能恢复的影响

目的探讨全髋关节置换术对晚期股骨头坏死患者术中出血量及功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年3月我院收治的128例晚期股骨头坏死患者,按治疗方式不同将其分为两组。试验组行全髋关节置换术,对照组行传统置换术。比较两组的围术期指标、关节功能恢复与并发症情况。结果试验组术中出血量低于对照组,切口长度、住院时间、手术时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组的关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术治疗晚期股骨头坏死具有创伤小、术中出血量少等优势,可缩短住院时间,促进关节功能恢复,且并发症发生率较低。

Influence of Total Hip Arthroplasty o n Intraoperative Blood Loss and Functional Recovery in Patients with Advanced Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective To explore the influence of total hip arthroplasty on intraoperative blood loss and functional recovery in patients with advanced femoral head necrosis.Methods 128 patients with advanced femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The experimental group received total hip arthroplasty,and the control group received traditional arthroplasty.The perioperative indicators,joint function recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the incision length,hospitalization time and operation time were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The joint function recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Total hip arthroplasty has the advantages of less trauma and less intraoperative blood loss in the treatment of advanced femoral head necrosis,which can shorten the hospitalization time and promote the joint function recovery,with lower incidence of complications.
