| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低乙肝表面抗原的核苷经治慢性乙型肝炎患者序贯聚乙二醇干扰素治疗的疗效。方法选取86例低乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg<1000 IU/mL)的恩替卡韦(ETV)经治的乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)阴性的慢性乙型肝炎患者,将其随机分为ETV单药治疗组和序贯治疗组。连续用药48周后,比较两组患者的HBsAg下降、HBsAg清除率、HBsAg血清学转换率及不良反应情况。结果序贯治疗组的HBsAg下降及HBsAg清除率明显高于ETV单药治疗组(P<0.05)。两组的HBsAg血清学转换率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论长期ETV治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者可通过额外增加干扰素治疗,有利于提高HBsAg清除率,从而使患者达到停药标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of sequential pegylated interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with low hepatitis B surface antigen ever treated with nucleoside.Methods 86 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with low hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg0.05).Conclusions Chronic hepatitis B patients with long-term ETV treatment can receive additional interferon therapy,so as to improve the HBsAg clearance rate,and make the patients reach the drug withdrawal standard. |
