头孢曲松钠对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后感染发生率的影响

目的探讨头孢曲松钠对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后感染发生率的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月我院择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的98例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组静脉注射头孢呋辛钠,观察组静脉注射头孢曲松钠。对比分析两组患者的术后感染发生率、术后各指标复常时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的术后感染发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的体温复常时间、白细胞计数复常时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率(4.08%vs.2.04%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢曲松钠可有效降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后感染发生率,缩短术后恢复时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium on Incidence of Postoperative Infection in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the effect of ceftriaxone sodium on incidence of postoperative infection in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 98 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was intravenously injected with cefuroxime sodium,and the observation group was intravenously injected with ceftriaxone sodium.The incidence of postoperative infection,the recovery time of postoperative indicators,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 4.08%,lower than 16.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature and WBC count,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(4.08%vs.2.04%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ceftriaxone sodium can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,shorten the postoperative recovery time,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
