聚焦超声联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的效果分析

目的探讨聚焦超声联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月我院收治的宫颈柱状上皮异位患者84例,随机分为对照组与观察组各42例。两组患者均行聚焦超声治疗,且观察组在此基础上予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组相关临床指标及临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后阴道出血量较少,阴道持续出血时间、创面愈合时间均较短(P均<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位患者效果显著,可有效降低术后阴道出血量,缩短阴道持续出血时间,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广。

Analysis on the Effect of Focused Ultrasound Combined with Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsule on Cervical Columnar Epithelial Ectopy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of focused ultrasound combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of cervical columnar epithelial ectopy.Methods 84 patients with cervical columnar epithelial ectopy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given focused ultrasound,and the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule on this basis.The related clinical indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative vaginal blood loss of the observation group was less,and the duration of vaginal bleeding and the wound healing time were shorter(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused ultrasound combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of patients with cervical columnar epithelial ectopy can significantly reduce the postoperative vaginal blood loss,shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,and promote the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
