可吸收敷料在足趾甲床、皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用

目的分析可吸收敷料在足趾甲床、皮肤软组织缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法选取足趾甲床、皮肤软组织缺损患者158例,随机分为两组各79例。对照组患者采用趾甲皮瓣游离移植修复术治疗,观察组采用可吸收敷料(皮耐克)修复治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、住院时间及并发症。结果观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可吸收敷料(皮耐克)修复足趾甲床、皮肤软组织缺损具有显著的临床疗效,可缩短患者的住院时间,减少术后并发症。

Application of Absorbable Dressing in Repair of Toenail Bed Defect and Skin/Soft Tissue Defect

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of absorbable dressing in repair of toenail bed defect and skin/soft tissue defect.Methods 158 patients with toenail bed defect and skin/soft tissue defect were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 79 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transplantation of free toenail flap for repair, and the observation group was treated with absorbable dressing(PELNAC) for repair. The clinical efficacy, hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Absorbable dressing(PELNAC) has significant clinical efficacy in the repair of toenail bed defect and skin/soft tissue defect, which can shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the postoperative complications of patients.
