人性化护理对精神分裂患者心理及恢复效果的影响

目的探讨人性化护理对精神分裂患者心理及恢复效果的影响。方法选取我院收治的50例精神分裂患者,按就诊顺序将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上给予人性化护理,采用简明精神病评价量表(BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)对两组患者护理30 d后的心理状态和恢复效果进行评价。结果护理后,观察组BPRS中焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、思维障碍、激活性、敌对猜疑得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IPROS中工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效改善精神分裂患者的心理状态,对患者恢复有积极作用,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Influence of Humanized Nursing on Psychology and Recovery Effect of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the influence of humanized nursing on psychology and recovery effect of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 50 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the treatment order.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of control group.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and the inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)were used to evaluate the psychological state and recovery effect of the two groups 30 d after nursing.Results After nursing,the BPRS scores of anxiety and depression,vitality lack,thinking disorder,activation,and hostile-suspiciousness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The IPROS scores of occupational therapy,living ability,social ability,keep clean ability,and care and interest in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanized nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with schizophrenia,which has positive effect on the recovery and higher clinical promotion value.
