皮肤镜毛孔检测方法在2940nm铒像素激光治疗毛孔粗大中的效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨皮肤镜毛孔检测方法在2940 nm铒像素激光治疗毛孔粗大中的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的毛孔粗大患者58例,采用飞顿辉煌激光光子工作站2940 nm铒像素激光治疗,依据面部毛孔标准照片评估治疗前后的毛孔粗大和皮肤情况,并经毛孔检测系统评估患者治疗前后的面积量化值和色差量化值,统计患者的不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,降低3等级2例,降低2等级24例,降低1等级30例,无变化2例;患者治疗前后的评级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后的面积量化值和色差量化值均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。58例患者治疗后均出现短暂红斑水肿,时间<48 h,有轻微结痂,无色素沉淀或减退,未出现水疱、红斑等不良反应。结论皮肤镜毛孔检测方法在2940 nm铒像素激光治疗面部毛孔粗大中的临床效果明显,毛孔面积量化值、色差量化值均降低,不良反应较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of dermoscopy pore detection for 2940 nm erbium pixel laser in the treatment of rough pores.Method 58 patients with rough pores admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and treated with 2940 nm erbium pixel laser at feidun brilliant laser photon workstation.The rough pores and skin conditions before and after treatment were evaluated according to the standard photos of facial pores.The quantitative values of area and color difference before and after treatment were evaluated by pore detection system,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results After treatment,2 cases reduced 3 grades,24 cases reduced 2 grades,30 cases reduced 1 grade,and 2 cases had no change,with statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).The area quantitative value and color difference quantitative value after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).58 patients had transient erythema edema<48 h after treatment,with slight scab but without pigmentation,decline or adverse reactions such as blisters and erythema.Conclusions Dermoscopy pore detection for 2940 nm erbium pixel laser in the treatment of rough pores has significant clinical effect,with decreasing pore area quantitative value and color difference quantitative value,and fewer adverse reactions,which has higher clinical application value.
