脑电图监测在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断及预后评估中的应用

目的探讨脑电图监测在小儿病毒性脑炎诊断及预后评估中的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月我院收治的病毒性脑炎患儿76例,均予以常规脑电图检查及24 h动态脑电图监测。比较两种检查方式的异常率,以及不同预后患儿的24 h动态脑电图监测结果。结果 24 h动态脑电图的异常率为78.95%,显著高于常规脑电图的55.26%(P<0.05)。残疾/死亡患儿的24 h动态脑电图异常率为100.00%,显著高于痊愈患儿的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论 24 h动态脑电图监测应用于小儿病毒性脑炎中,可为疾病诊断及预后评估提供可靠的依据。

The Application of EEG Monitoring in the Diagnosis and Prognosis Assessment of Children with Viral Encephalitis

Objective To explore the clinical application value of EEG monitoring in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of children with viral encephalitis.Methods 76 cases of children with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March2018 were selected. Routine EEG examination and 24 h dynamic EEG monitoring were performed in all cases. The abnormal rate of the two methods and the 24 h dynamic EEG monitoring results of children with different prognosis were compared.Results The abnormal rate of 24 h dynamic EEG was 78.95%, significantly higher than 55.26% of routine EEG(P<0.05). The abnormal rate of 24 h dynamic EEG in disabled/dead children was 100.00%, significantly higher than 73.33% in cured children(P<0.05). Conclusions 24 h dynamic EEG monitoring applied in children with viral encephalitis can provide reliable basis for disease diagnosis and prognosis assessment.
