复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果分析

目的分析复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗Hp (幽门螺杆菌)阳性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年3月我院收治的94例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组各47例。对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊及甲硝唑、枸橼酸泌钾治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。停药30 d后,两组均应用14C呼气试验评价Hp根除效果,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.87%,显著高于对照组的85.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组的不良反应发生率(8.51%vs. 10.64%)比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论应用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、甲硝唑及枸橼酸泌钾治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者的效果更佳,安全性更高。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets in the Treatment of Hp-Positive Chronic Gastritis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic gastritis.Methods 94 patients with Hp-positive chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, metronidazole and potassium citrate, and the study group was treated with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the basis of control group. After 30 days of discontinuation,14C breath test was used to evaluate the efficacy of Hp eradication in both groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of study group was 97.87%, significantly higher than 85.11% of control group(P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(8.51% vs. 10.64%, P>0.05).Conclusions The application of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, metronidazole and potassium citrate in the treatment of Hp-positive chronic gastritis has better effect and higher safety.
