| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无缝隙护理管理对妇产科患者院内感染发生率及护理满意度的影响。方法将我院妇产科2017年6月至2019年6月收治的60例患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用无缝隙护理管理,比较两组患者的院内感染发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的院内感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的医护态度、医护水平、健康教育及心理护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理可降低妇产科患者院内感染发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of seamless nursing management on the incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing satisfaction degree in obstetrics and gynecology department patients.Methods 60 patients admitted to our obstetrics and gynecology department from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received seamless nursing management.The incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree to medical attitude,medical care level,health education and psychological nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Seamless nurisng management can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in obstetrics and gynecology department patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree. |
