半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻素注射液治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的临床疗效分析

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻素注射液治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的临床效果。方法将42例风痰上扰型眩晕患者随机分为对照组和试验组各21例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的ADL评分明显高于对照组,中医症候积分明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻素注射液治疗风痰上扰型眩晕效果显著,可有效改善患者的眩晕症状及日常生活能力,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Gastrodin Injection in the Treatment of Wind-Phlegm Disturbance Type Vertigo

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of wind-phlegm disturbance type vertigo.Methods 42 patients with wind-phlegm disturbance type vertigo were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of wind-phlegm disturbance type vertigo has significant effect,can effectively improve vertigo symptoms and daily living ability,which is safe,reliable and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
