护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除手术患者术前焦虑及治疗依从性的影响

目的观察护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除手术患者术前焦虑及治疗依从性的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年12月行眼外伤致眼球摘除手术的38例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各19例。对照组给予常规术前护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理干预。比较两组患者入院后和术前的焦虑情况以及治疗依从性。结果入院后,两组患者的SAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术前1 h,观察组的SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从性为94.74%,明显高于对照组的68.42%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可有效减轻眼外伤致眼球摘除手术患者的术前焦虑,提高患者的治疗依从性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Preoperative Anxiety and Treatment Compliance of Patients Undergoing Eyeball Extraction due to Ocular Trauma

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety and treatment compliance of patients undergoing eyeball extraction due to ocular trauma.Methods 38 cases of patients undergoing eyeball extraction due to ocular trauma in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The anxiety after admission and before operation,and the treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After admission,no statistical difference was found in the SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).1 hour before operation,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 94.74%,significantly higher than 68.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the preoperative anxiety of patients undergoing eyeball extraction due to ocular trauma,and improve the treatment compliance,which has higher clinical application value.
