Carfilzomib associated thrombotic microangiopathy initially treated with therapeutic plasma exchange

Abstract:Drug associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) is a rare event causing thrombocytopenia, microangiopathic anemia, renal failure, and neurologic abnormalities.
