含氯消毒剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活试验方法的研究

摘    要:为研究含氯消毒剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活试验方法 ,依照 2 0 0 2年版《消毒技术规范》规定的试验程序进行了实验室观察。结果 ,含有效氯 80 0mg/L的次氯酸钠、10mg/L的优氯净和 5 0mg/L二氧化氯对Vero细胞生存率无影响 ;用 0 .0 1mol/LPBS配制的 5g/L硫代硫酸钠中和剂对Vero细胞生存率无影响。用含 5g/L硫代硫酸钠中和剂对含有效氯 4 0 0mg/L的次氯酸钠设计的 6组中和剂鉴定试验 ,结果符合设计要求。用该方法检测证明 ,以含有效氯4 0 0mg/L次氯酸钠消毒剂 ,作用 30min ,对脊髓灰质炎病毒平均灭活对数值≥ 4 .0。试验发现 ,0 .0 3mol/L的PBS、卵磷脂以及吐温 80对Vero细胞生存率均有影响

Abstract:In order to study the test method for inactivation of poliovirus by chlorine-containing disinfectants, laboratory observation was carried out according to the test procedures specified in 《Disinfection Technical Guidelines》, 2002 ed. The results showed that sodium hypochlochlorite containing available chlorine 800 mg/L, 10 mg/L You-Lü-Jing, 50 mg/L chlorine dioxide and 5 g/L sodium thiosulfate neutralizer reconstituted with 0.01 mol/L PBS had no influence on survival rate of Vero cells. The results of neutralizer identification test, in which 6 groups were designed using 5 g/L sodium thiosulfate as the neutralizer for 400 mg/L sodium hypochlorite disinfectant, fulfilled the requirement of design. Using this method, it was proved that sodium hypochlorite containing available chlorine 400 mg/L with a 30 min contact time could inactivate polivirus with an average inactivation logarithm≥4.0. It was found by test that 0.03 mg/L PBS, lecithin and tween 80 had influence on survival rate of Vero cells.
