不同身高成人胃肠减压插入胃管长度的探讨

目的 探讨不同身高成人胃肠减压时胃管插入长度,以达到更好的胃肠减压引流效果.方法 将120例患者按实际测量的身高、腹胀程度、年龄等情况均衡地分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组插入胃管的长度为耳垂-鼻尖-剑突的长度;观察组在X线下将胃管置入胃体下部,标记其长度并记录.结果 观察组身高为150-159 cm、160-169 cm、170-180 cm的成人患者插入胃管的长度分别为(57.80±1.29)cm、(62.38±1.20)cm、(66.10±1.50)cm,与对照组比较,3种身高的患者插入胃管的长度分别延长了(10.84±0.83)cm、(11.08±0.99)cm、(11.34±0.61)cm;观察组24 h引流量较对照组多,腹胀程度较对照组轻,胃管留置时间较对照组短:差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 身高为150～159 cm、160～169 cm、170～180 cm的成人患者插入胃管的长度应在传统方法 的基础上分别再延长(10.84±0.83)cm、(11.08±0.99)cm、(11.34±0.61)cm.
