奥美拉唑防治脑卒中并发上消化道出血的观察

目的:观察奥美拉唑治疗脑卒中伴有脑水肿合并消化道出血的疗效。方法:对住院患者出现脑水肿病例随机分为两组,对照组西米替丁组、治疗组给予奥美拉唑针剂,比较两组得出出血发生率和死亡率。结果:治疗组出血发生率为20%,对照组为40%,治疗组发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=91.96,P<0.01)。治疗组病死率为40%,对照组死亡率为60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.20,P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中伴脑水肿加之上消化道出血,病死率高,应用奥美拉唑防治效果好。

Effect of omeprazole for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage induced by seveve brain strock

Objective To investigate the clinical effect omeprazole in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage induced by severe brain strock.Method The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given cimetidine,and the treatment group was given omeprazole.Results The bleeding rate in the treatment group was 20%,40% in the control group,the difference between the groups was signifcant（P 0.01）.The mortality in the treatment group was 40%,60% in the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion Brain stroke with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has high mortality rate,and omeprazole has the better effects.
