| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期综合干预对脑损伤早产儿体格、智能发育预后的影响。方法选择脑损伤早产儿75例，按照单、双日法，随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组生理功能稳定后，进行早期综合干预训练。于纠正胎龄6个月、12个月时进行体格、发育商检测并评价。结果两组早产儿头围、身长、体重的体格发育在纠正胎龄6个月、12个月时比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。两组早产儿的发育商在纠正胎龄6个月、12个月时比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．025）。结论早期干预可以明显改善脑损伤早产儿的体格、智能发育。
