胸椎黄韧带骨化症与相关元素代谢变化

摘    要:目的:研究黄韧带骨化与相关元素代谢变化规律,探讨骨化病因。方法:分别采用原子吸收法、磷钼酸兰比色法、氟电极等方面测定患者血清及黄韧带标本中钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、锰、钼、氟8种元素的含量。结果:钙、磷、镁、锌、铜、锰、钼在腰椎管狭窄症与胸椎黄韧带骨化症患者血清与黄韧带中均有基本一致的变化趋势,而氟在骨化组血清与黄韧带中含量均显著高于退变组与正常对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:胸椎黄韧带骨化

Abstract:To study the correlation between ossification of the ligamentumn flavum (OLF) and changes of metabolic elements, to discuss the etiology of OLF. Methods: Contents of Ca, P, Mg, Zn, Cu, Mn,Mo, F in ligamentumn flavum and serums were detected by using atomic absorption spectrometry, phosphomolybdic blue method and fluoride selected electrode. Results: There were similar changes of Ca, P, Mg, Zn,Cu, an, Mo in ligaments and serums of OLF and degeneration, but fluoride was higher in OLF than in degeneration and normal control group. Conclusion: Correlative metabolic elements displayed similar changes in the primary changes of OLF and degeneration of lumbar ligamenta flava,which implies that with metabolic elements changing, degeneration could develop into ossification.
