摘    要:目的研究藏药印度獐牙菜Swertia chirayita的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从印度獐牙菜85%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离并鉴定了12个化合物,包括2个酮、4个三萜、3个裂环烯醚萜和3个其他类化合物,分别鉴定为1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基酮(1)、1,3,5,8-四羟基酮(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、4-epi-hederagenin(4)、2-epi-corosolic acid(5)、熊果酸(6)、当药苦酯苷(7)、swerimilegenin I(8)、红白金花内酯(9)、儿茶酚(10)、丁香酸(11)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(12)。结论化合物4、5、11首次从獐牙菜属植物中分离得到,化合物8、9首次从印度獐牙菜中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Swertia chirayita. Methods Column chromatography, such as silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate and purify the compounds. Physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods were used to elucidate their structures. Results Twelve compounds, including 2 xanthones, 4 triterpenoids, 3 secoiridoids, and 3 other compounds, the chemical constituents were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction from 85% ethanol extract of S. chirayita, and identified as bellidifolin (1), norbellidifolin (2), oleanolic acid (3), 4-epi-hederagenin (4), 2-epi-corosolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), amarogentin (7), swerimilegenin I (8), erythrocentaurin (9), pyrocatechol (10), syringic acid (11), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (12). Conclusion Compounds 4, 5, and 11 are isolated from genus Swertia for the first time, compounds 8 and 9 are found from S. chirayita for the first time.
