摘    要:目的 :探讨标本溶血对干化学生化检验结果的影响。方法 :采用全自动干式生化分析仪 ,检测 2 5例正常人血液标本溶血前后血清中 GL U、UREA、CREA、TP、AL B、AL T、AST、TBIL的值。结果 :GL U、CREA、TP、AL B、AL T、AST、TBIL 在溶血前后有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;UREA无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :标本溶血对干化学法生化一些常用检测项目有明显干扰作用 ,提示临床护士及生化检验工作者均应十分注意血液标本溶血问题

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of blood specimen hemolysis on the results of chemical biochemical tests from dry biochemical analyzer.Methods With the serum from 25 healthy people, 8 biochemical tests including GLU, UREA,CREA, TP, ALB, ALT, AST and TBIL were made respectively before and after sample hemolysis with an automatic dry biochemical analyzer.Results Comparison of the results before and after hemolysis showed a significant difference(P<0.001)in GLU, CREA, TP, ALB, ALT, AST and TBIL, but no significant difference (P>0.05)in UREA.Conclusion Sample hemolysis has a significant interference on some common dry chemical biochemical tests, which suggests that both clinical nurses and biochemical laboratory technicians should pay more attention to sample hemolysis.
