前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效观察

目的：观察前列地尔（凯时）治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：选取我院内分泌科糖尿病足患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组予常规治疗措施并加用前列地尔静脉注射治疗,对照组加用丹参注射液,观察治疗前后临床疗效,踝肱指数（ABI）、足部皮肤温度及血液流变学的变化。结果：两组治疗后临床表现有改善,踝肱指数、足部皮肤温度及血液流变学较治疗前均有改善,治疗组的改善具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：前列地尔是治疗糖尿病足的有效药物。

Efficacy of Lipo-PGE1 on Treatment of Diabetic Foot Patients

Objective：To observe the effects of ipo-PGE1 on the diabetic foot.Methods：60 patients of diabetic foot were recruited in our study and then were divided into two groups.The treatment group would be given conventional measures and treated with lipo-PGE1 injection.The control group would only be given conventional treatment and compound densen injection.Observe the changes of clinical performances of before and after the treatment,the ankle-brachial indicators（ABI）,foot temperature and the blood rheology.Results： The clinical performances of the two groups had been improved after treatment,however the control group is decrease was more significant than that of the treatment group.The indicators of ABI,foot temprature and blood rheology had been improved significantly compared with that of pre-treatment,and the improve of the control group was more significantly different.（P0.05）.Conclusion： Lipo-PGE1 is an effective drug to treat diabetic foot.
