| 摘 要： | 为研究医用高分子材料的细胞毒性，采用能快速评定细胞增殖率和细胞毒性的比色分析方法-MTT比色法，分别检测三类医用高分子材料的浸提液对小鼠成纤维细胞L929细胞相对增殖率的影响，评价其细胞毒性。参照美国药典的评价标准，三类医用高分子材料均呈现出高的细胞相对增殖率，其细胞毒性为1级，即无细胞毒性。

| Abstract: | To test the cytotoxicity of polymeric material for medical use,L-929 mouse fibroblasts were used to detect the cell relative proliferation rate of extracted liquid of three kinds polymeric material for medical use by MTT-assay.The results indicated that the relative growth rate induced was high, and the cytotoxicity was 1 grade according to the test standard of USP, meaning that the material had no cytotoxicity. |
