临床护理人员临床路径认知水平的调查分析与对策

目的 探讨临床护理人员对临床路径(Clinical Pathway,CP)的认知程度,为CP开展提供理论依据.方法 采用自行设计调查问卷,对某三级甲等医院778名临床护理人员进行问卷调查.结果 临床护理人员对CP的知晓率为27.4%.不同职务、不同学历和不同职称、不同工作年限以及不同科室的护理人员对CP的认知水平比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论 临床护理人员对CP的知晓率不高,管理层需提高认识,加大力度普及CP知识,为CP的顺利开展铺平道路.

The investigation analysis and countermeasure of clinical nurses cognition level of clinical pathway (CP)

Objective To know about clinical nurses cognition level of clinical pathway (CP), so as to provide a theoretical foundation for deeply carrying out CP. Methods A total of 778 clinical nurses who come from a certain hospital were investigated. Results Cognition level of CP in clinical nurses accounted for 27.4%, There were significant differences in the cognition of CP between nurses with different levels of education, business, experience, technical post and section office (P < 0.01 ) . Conclusion It showed that the cognition of CP wasnt enough in clinical nurses. Managers should be aware of the importance of CP and ready to develop CP through extensive training knowledge of CP in clinical nurses.
