| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方樟柳碱治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法 用复方樟柳碱注射液行眼睑痉挛者患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射36例。结果 36例中治愈31例（86％），好转5例（14％）。随访1月到2年无复发。结论 复方樟柳碱治疗眼睑痉挛是一种安全、有效、简便的方法，操作简单，无并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of compound anisodine in the treatment of blepharospasm. Methods We studied 36 blepharospasm patients who were injected with compound anisodine subcutaneconsly around superficial temporal artery. Results Of 36 patients, 31 (86%) patients were cured, 5 (14%) patients showed improvement. The effective rate of the patients is 100%. Followed up over one month to two years,they were free from recurrences. Conclusion Compound anisodine injection is a safe,effective and simple means in the treatment of blepharospasm. There is no complication. |
