| 摘 要： | 目的研究鱼腥草蒸馏液对2型糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白、尿白蛋白(Alb)、肾组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、脂联素、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饲料喂养,配合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性腹腔注射造成2型糖尿病大鼠模型,经鱼腥草蒸馏液灌胃治疗8周后,观察大鼠24h尿蛋白、Alb、肾组织CTGF、脂联素、MCP-1等指标的变化。结果治疗8周后,鱼腥草蒸馏液能明显改善STZ大鼠多饮、多食和消瘦,降低24h尿蛋白、Alb,减少肾组织CTGF和MCP-1表达。但对脂联素的影响不显著。结论鱼腥草蒸馏液对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变有一定的改善,其作用机制可能与降低尿蛋白、Alb及肾脏CTGF和MCP-1的表达有关。
