| 摘 要： | 目的对针刺治疗失眠的常用有效处方镇静安神针法与针刺经外奇穴法(安眠穴和印堂穴)进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和临床疗效的对比评价。方法选取符合诊断标准的失眠患者40例,随机分成各20人的2组,分别以镇静安神针法和针刺经外奇穴法进行治疗。结果镇静安神针法组的总有效率达到90%,针刺经外奇穴法组达到75%,二者之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论镇静安神针法与针刺经外奇穴法治疗失眠皆有较好疗效,镇静安神针法疗效更佳。
