四手操作法在根管治疗术中的应用

目的评价四手操作在根管治疗术中的应用效果与临床价值。方法选择口腔科门诊168例共180颗磨牙需行根管治疗的患者，随机分为四手操作配合组（四手组）与常规护理配合组（常规组），每组各84例，比较两组患者每牙每次治疗时间及窝洞唾液污染情况。结果四手组每牙每次治疗时间分别为根管预备（20．99±1．85）min，根管消毒时间（10．17±1．52）min，根管充填时间（21．82±1．90）min，窝洞唾液污染3例（3．6％）。常规护理配合组每牙每次治疗时间分别为根管预备（29．45±1．55）min，窝洞消毒时间（15．42±1．20）min，根管充填时间（30．07±1．44）min，窝洞唾液污染11例（13．1％）；两组比较，四手组的4项指标均低于常规组（P〈0．05）。结论在根管治疗术中，经过四手操作培训的护士可以通过四手操作发挥工作主动性，缩短了每牙每次治疗时间，提高了工作效率，减少了窝洞唾液污染，提高了治疗成功率，具有临床应用价值。

Application of four-handed operation to root cancel therapy

Objective The aim of this application is to evaluate the effect of fout-handed operation on the application of root canal therapy, and explore the clinical value of the four-handed operation to improve the efficiency of root canal therapy and the rate of success. Methods 180 cases of molar root canal treatment of 168 patients were randomly divided into two cooperative groups, including the four-handed operation group and the conventional care group. The treatment time for each tooth every time and the cases of cavity saliva contamination of the two groups were compared to find out the four-handed cooperation and its clinical effects. Results The treatment time for each tooth every time of the fourhanded operation group consists of three periods： rood canal preparation time： 20. 99 ±1.85min, root canal sterilization time： 10. 17± 1.52min, and root canal filling time： 21.82±1.90min, with cavity saliva contamination： 3 cases（3/84）. The treatment time for each tooth every time of conventional care group is： root canal prepatation time： 29.45± 1. 55min, cavity sterilization time： 15.42±1.20min, and root canal filling time： 30. 07±1.44min, with cavity saliva contamination： 11 cases （11/84）. Conclusion The four-handed operation treatment works better than the conventional treatment does in root canal therapy. So, in the root canal therapy, nurses trained in four-handed operation can work efficiently, shortening treatment time for each tooth every time, improving work efficiency, reducing the cavity saliva contamination, and raising the rate of successful treatment.
