生长激素在肿瘤治疗中的应用是近年来肿瘤学研究热点之一，它可以改善恶性肿瘤患者的机体代谢状态，提高对化疗及手术的耐受性，但也可能促进肿瘤细胞生长，因而存在安全性的问题。有人认为。生长激素能促进肿瘤细胞进入增殖周期，增加S期细胞暴露，从而更好地发挥化疗药物杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。生长激素对肿瘤细胞增殖周期的调控涉及多方面机理，本文就此作一综述。

Research Advances in the Mechanisms that Growth Hormone Regulates the Proliferation of Tumor Cells

Application of growth hormone (GH) in the treatment of tumors has become one of the research focuses in recent years. GH can actively improve the metabolic status and increase patients' tolerance to chemotherapy and surgery. However, GH may also promote the proliferation of tumor cells, and thus has potential risks in clinical application. It is speculated that GH may increase the number of S-phase cells and thus enchance tumor's response to chemotherapy. This paper reviews the multiple mechanisms that GH regulates the proliferation of tumor cells.
