辨证治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死对照观察

摘    要:目的]探讨中医辨证治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法]收集我院2010年1月至2012年3月治疗的伴糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者160例,根据临床症候分为阴虚风动证组、气虚血瘀证组、痰热腑实证组、痰瘀阻络证组、风痰阻络证组和对照组。对照组采用格列吡嗪和依达拉奉、阿司匹林肠溶治疗,其他5组在对照组的基础上进行辨证治疗。连续治疗15d判定疗效。结果]对照组总有效率65.40%,阴虚风功证组总有效率96.60%,气虚血瘀证组总有效率92.30%,痰热腑实证组总有效率96.00%,痰瘀阻络证组总有效率96.40%,风痰阻络证组总有效率92.60%,辨证组均优于对照组。结论]辨证治疗糖尿病并发急性脑梗死疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective]Investigate the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of acute cerebral infarction with diabetes clinical effect.Methods]In our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 March treatment of diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction 160 cases,according to the clinical syndrome of yin deficiency syndrome groups divided into pneumatic,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis syndrome group,heat phlegm,phlegm group,wind-phlegm obstruction syndrome group and control group.The control group of Western medicine treatment,the other 5 in the control group on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results]In the control group,the total efficiency of 65.40%,yin deficiency and wind power card group total effective rate 96.60%,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group total effective rate 92.30%,heat phlegm group total effective rate 96.00%,phlegm group total effective rate 96.40%,wind phlegm Blocking Collaterals groups of the total efficiency of 92.60%,significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusion]Syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction curative effect remarkable.
