| 摘 要： | 背景 随着人口老龄化,接受手术和麻醉的脆弱肺功能患者逐年增加.患者围手术期肺功能保护越来越受到临床医师的重视. 目的 了解影响肺功能的因素及相应的肺功能保护措施. 内容 综述围手术期影响肺功能的因素以及肺功能保护的策略和方法. 趋向 围手术期存在多种影响肺功能的潜在因素,采取围手术期肺保护措施,预防和治疗术后围手术期肺部并发症(postoperative pulmonary complications,PPC)非常重要,是手术患者快速康复的有力保证.
