| 摘 要： | 目的:观察凝血酶鼻饲治疗新生儿急性胃粘膜出血疗效。方法:对诊断为急性胃粘膜出血的25例新生儿经鼻饲管注入400u凝血酶,每6h一次,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.00％（24/25）,对照组总有效率为65.22（15/23）,两组比较P<0.01。结论:凝血酶鼻饲治疗新生儿急性胃粘膜出血疗效显著,未见明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of nasal feeding thrombinum in treating newborn acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage (stress ulcer) .Methods: After diagnosed as acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage,25 cases of newborn were poured thrombin 400 unit into stomach through nasal feeding tube, once every six hours. Results: The total response rates of the control and observed groups were 65.22% and 96%, respectively (P < 0.01).Conclusion: Nasal feeding thrombinum is effective in treating newborn acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage.We have not found any side-effect with treated usual dosage. |
