摘    要:目的:探讨爪甲色诊与甲床光电血管容积图的关系。方法:应用“BC-4”定量式光电血管容积仪对160例淡红、淡白、深红、青紫4爪甲色泽者进行甲床光电血管容积图检测,并同步进行甲襞微徨环观察分析。结果:4组甲色比较,爪甲红润组各项参数均在正常范围之内;爪甲淡白组Tab/Tag明显升高,而Tae-Tab]/Tag显著下降;爪甲深红组以1/2Hb Hd]/Tae和Tae-Tab]/Tag显著升高为主;爪甲青紫组以TW/Tag、He/Hb显著增高,而1/2Hb Hd]/Tae明显一降为特征。甲床血管容积图的多项参数与甲襞微徨环指标的相关关系密切。结论:甲床血管容积图参数为各类爪甲色泽的临床诊断提供了客观量化依据。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the relationship between the fingernail colour and the photoplethysmogram. Methods:To examine the photoplethysmogram of the 160 cases of fingernail of 4 groups (the moist red, the light white, the deep red and the purplish blue) with “BC-4” photoplethysmograph, meanwhile observed microcirculation of the nailfold. Results:To compare the 4 groups, the value of Tab/Tag increased and the it of [Tae-Tab]/Tag decreased in the light white grop,the value of 1/2[Hb+Hd]/Tae and [Tae-Tab]/Tag increased in the deep red grop; the value of Tw/Tag and He/Hb increased and the it of 1/2[Hb+Hd]/Tae decreased.It is closely related the relationship between the parameters of photoplethysmogram and microcirculation of the nailfold. Conclusion The parameters of photoplethysmogram supply clinical diagnostic of the fingernail of 4 groups with objective basis.
