| 摘 要： | 目的:了解该县育龄妇女死亡原因,探讨降低育龄妇女死亡率的方法.方法:按育龄妇女死亡监测方案进行整体监测,通过村、乡保健网络上报,由县妇幼保健所汇总后与县计划生育委员会核实,再对数据进行系统分析.结果:通过对1998年～2004年6年中的15～49岁的804名育龄妇女死亡原因调查,结果显示,其主要死因为:疾病致死458例(56.9%)、意外伤害致死335例(41.6%),其他11例(1.5%).疾病致死中以恶性肿瘤为主,共208例.自杀占意外伤害死亡的第1位,共147例.结论:加大卫生保健知识的宣传力度,开展群体保健服务;加强对人群防范意外伤害的教育;全面推动妇女健康工程建设,才能有效地降低育龄妇女的死亡率.
