舒适护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产围手术期的应用

目的：对妊娠合并心力衰竭患者进行剖宫产围手术期舒适护理，并对其效果进行评价。方法将82例妊娠合并心力衰竭患者按照就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组41例，观察组进行舒适护理，对照组予以常规护理，比较两组患者住院天数、焦虑程度、产妇满意度。结果舒适护理组患者住院天数为（10±3．2）d，少于常规护理组（14±2．7）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝23．625，P＜0．05）。两组患者焦虑评分均随术后时间延长呈降低趋势，舒适护理组在各时间点焦虑程度均低于常规护理组（t值分别为18．265，25．365，34．589，12．365，9．654，21．412；P＜0．05）。舒适护理组产妇心理、生理、护理满意度得分分别为（87±4．5），（93±4．6），（96±5．6）分，均高于常规护理组（80±2．4），（88±3．6），（91±4．6）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ t值分别为8．956，12．548，15．156；P＜0．05），两组患者对环境及设备的满意度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论对妊娠合并心衰患者行舒适护理，可提高围手术期护理效果及产妇满意度。

Application of comfortable nursing in perioperation of pregnant women with heart failure underwent cesarean section surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing on the pregnant women with heart failure in the perioperative period .Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , each with 42 cases.The observation group received the comfortable nursing , and the control group received the routine nursing .The hospitalization days , the degree of anxiety and the maternal satisfaction were compared in two groups .Results The hospitalization days were （ 10 ±3.2 ） d in the observation group , and were less than （ 14 ±2 .7 ） d in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （t=23.625, P0.05）.Conclusions Comfortable nursing on the pregnant women with heart failure in the perioperative period can improve the nursing effect and maternal satisfaction .
