MRI诊断鹅足囊肿的价值

目的探讨鹅足部囊肿的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法对内侧副韧带外侧鹅足部肿物患者进行MRI检查,并对肿物的MRI形态大小范围信号影像进行分析。结果内侧副韧带外侧鹅足部肿物,呈囊性蜂房样排列,T1WI呈等低信号、T2WI及SPAIR呈高信号,边缘清楚,信号均匀并囊内见积液。结论 MRI可清楚的反映鹅足囊肿形态、大小、范围等影像表现,有较高的诊断价值。

The diagnostic value of MRI in diagnosing pes anserinus hygromata

Objective To study the MRI manifestations and diagnostic value for goose foot cyst. Methods MRI was performed in the medial collateral ligament lateral goose foot tumor patients, analyzed the morphology and image of MRI. Results The image of medial collateral ligament lateral goose foot lesions was arranged like cystic honeycomb, T1WI showed low signal, T2W1 and SPAIR showed high signal, edge of the cyst was clear and the signal was uniform and effusion can be seen in the image. Conclusions MRI can clearly show the morphosis size, size and range of the PES anserinus cyst, and has high diagnostic value.
