| 摘 要： | 选择济南市历下区、市中区、槐荫区、天桥区、历城区不同规模的餐馆,按照每个季度选取1个月统计,每月调查月就餐人数、日均就餐人数、月餐饮垃圾产生量、日均餐饮垃圾产生量.运用GIS原理,根据泰森多边形原理,结合餐饮点日产生的餐饮垃圾质量,将相近的多边形合并,得到20个收运分区,结合最短路径和路况综合分析,得到济南市餐饮垃圾收运路线.

| Abstract: | In accordance with the statistics in 1 months every quarter, the different scales of restaurants were chosen in Lixia district, Shizhong district, Huaiyin district, Tianqiao district, and Licheng district of Jinan to investigate daily and monthly number of diners and output of food residue. Using the principle of GIS and Thiessen polygon, combining with the daily weight of food residue from the chosen restaurants, merging with the similar polygon, 20 zones of food residue collection and transportation were obtained. According to the shortest path and road condition analysis, the route of food residue collection and transportation in Jinan was obtained. |
