健康教育路径在门诊化疗患者中的应用

目的：评价健康教育路径在门诊化疗患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将120例门诊化疗患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各60例，对照组采用传统健康教育方式进行健康教育，观察组采用健康教育路径对患者进行健康教育，比较两组患者化疗相关知识掌握程度、治疗依从性及对健康教育的满意度。结果观察组患者对健康教育的满意度为98％，化疗知识掌握程度为75％，治疗及护理依从性为92％，均明显高于对照组的85％，45％，60％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为6．98，11．25，5．71；P＜0．05）。结论对门诊化疗患者实施健康教育路径，可提高健康教育质量、治疗护理依从性及患者满意度。

Application of health education pathway on outpatients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education pathway on chemotherapy in outpatients .Methods One hundred and twenty outpatients with chemotherapy from June 2011 to May 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control groups according to random number table, each group with 60 cases.The control group received traditional health education , and the experimental group received the health education pathway .The acquaintance with knowledge of chemotherapy , compliance with treatment and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The rate of patient satisfaction , the acquaintance with knowledge of chemotherapy and compliance with treatment and nursing were respectively 98%, 75%, 92% in the experimental group , and were higher than 85%, 45%, 60%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （χ2 =6.98, 11.25, 5.71, respectively; P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The applications of health education pathway in outpatients with chemotherapy can the quality of health education , and increase the compliance with treatment and nursing and patient satisfaction .
