8例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术后护理体会

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术后患者护理。方法了解肾上腺肿瘤种类,做好术前用药指导,心理护理,术前相关辅助检查及皮肤准备,术后密切观察病情,尤其是术后早期并发症的临床症状观察,并做好预防,做好饮食、活动的相关护理指导。结果手术安全有效,无护理并发症发生,所有患者恢复良好。结论积极做好术前各项准备、心理护理,术后密切观察病情,预防并发症,是护理成功的关键。

Nursing experience of 8 cases adrenal tumor excision underretroperitoneal laparoscopy

Objective To explore the nursing method for patients those who received adrenal tumor resection under retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Methods Nurse should firstly learn the knowledge about all kinds of adrenal tumor types, pay enough attention on preoperative medication use guidance and psychological nursing, preoperative diagnosis and skin preparation, closely observe the disease status, especially the clinical symptoms. And they should pay attention on prevention and guidance on diet and exercise. Results The operation was safe and effective, none nursing related complication occurred, and all patients recovered well. Conclusions Proper preoperative preparations and psychological nursing, closely observation on disease status and prevent complications from occurrence were the key steps to achieve success in nursing for patients suffered from adrenal tumor.
