术前访视应用聚焦解决模式对全子宫切除患者焦虑抑郁的影响

目的：探讨术前访视中应用聚焦解决模式对全子宫切除患者焦虑、抑郁的影响，为临床工作提供理论帮助。方法选取择期全子宫切除患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。对照组给予一般的术前访视，观察组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）、抑郁自评量表（ SDS）评价两组患者干预前后的焦虑和抑郁状况。结果观察组干预后轻度、中度、重度焦虑患者分别为25，11，10例，对照组分别为15，28，17例，两组差异有统计学意义（ Z＝-1．98， P＜0．05）；观察组干预后中度、重度抑郁患者分别为12，8例，对照组分别为24，18例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z＝-1．94，P＜0．05）。结论术前访视中应用聚焦解决模式能有效缓解全子宫切除患者术前的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Effect of the application of solution focused approach in the preoperative visit on anxiety and depression in the patients with hysterectomy

Objective To explore the application of solution focused approach in the preoperative visit on anxiety and depression in the patients with hysterectomy , and to provide theoretical help for clinical work . Methods One hundred and twenty patients with elective hysterectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , each with 60 cases.The control group received the routine preoperative visit , and the observation group received the solution focused approach nursing intervention on the basis of the routine preoperative visit .The anxiety and depression were evaluated by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS） and the Self-Rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） in two groups before and after the intervention .Results The cases of patients with mild, moderate, severe anxiety were respectively 25, 11, 10 in the observation group after the intervention, and were 15, 28, 17 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-1.98, P＆lt;0.05）.The cases of patients with moderate , severe depression were respectively 12, 8 in the observation group after the intervention , and were 24, 18 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-1.94, P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of solution focused approach in the preoperative visit can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression in the patients with hysterectomy .
