艾滋病伴弓形体脑病的CT诊断

目的 分析艾滋病伴弓形体脑病的CT表现,提高诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析40例资料完整的艾滋病伴弓形体脑病的CT表现.结果 28例病变位于基底节区,5例位于大脑半球,7例呈弥漫分布.多发病变29例,单发11例.环形或多发环形强化者18例,结节或团块强化者8例,混合强化者14例.结论 CT对艾滋病并发弓形体脑病具有重要诊断价值,但应与淋巴瘤及其它机遇感染相鉴别.

CT Diagnosis of Cerebral Toxoplasmosis in AIDS

Objective To study the improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods CT features of cerebral toxoplasmosis in ADIS so as to CT features of 40 cases of cerebral toxoplasmosis with clinical details were retrospectively study. Results Twenty eight in basal gomglia region, 5 cases in cerebral hemisphere and the other 7 cases are diffuse distribution. Multiple lesions appear in 29 cases and isolated lesions in 11 cases. Rim or multi - rim enhancement in 18 cases. Solid nodular enhancement in 8 cases and mix - shaped enhancement in 14 cases. Conclusion CT has an important value in diagnosis of cerebral toxoplasmosis however, the differential diagnosis between toxoplasmosis and cerebral lymphoma and other opportunistic infection are needed.
