基质金属蛋白酶-2及其抑制剂TIMP-2在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中表达的临床意义

 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及其抑制剂（TIMP-2）的表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。方法　应用流式细胞术（FCM）定量检测MMP-2和TIMP-2在45例卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达。结果　MMP-2和TIMP-2 在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显高于卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且与卵巢浆液性癌组织分级和临床分期密切相关（P＜0.05）。MMP-2和TIMP-2在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达密切相关（P＜0.05）。结论　MMP-2和TIMP-2的高表达促进了卵巢浆液性癌的侵袭和转移，MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达有相关性。提示二者共同检测可作为诊断和预后的参考指标。

Expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 gene protein in ovarian serous tumors and their clinical significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between MMP-2,TIMP-2 expression and invasion,metastasis of ovarian serous tumors.Methods The expressions of MMP-2 protein and TIMP-2 protein in 45 cages with ovarian serous tumors were detected quantitatively by flow cytometry(FCM).Results Expression of MMP-2 protein and TIMP-2 protein in ovarian serous carcinomas Was significantly more than that in ovarian serous cystadenomas (P<0.05). Expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were correlated with histological grade and clinical stage (P<0.05).Conclusion The high level of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may be linked with ovarian serous tumor invasion and metastasis.The expression of MMP-2 protein is significantly correlated with that of TIMP-2.The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may be a indication of invasion and metastasis and a strong predictor of poor survival.
