| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用凯妮汀栓联合安多福消毒液治疗妊娠期孕妇外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效,并总结护理要点。方法将170例确诊为妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为实验组（90例）和对照组（80例）。实验组应用安多福消毒液阴道消毒后,给予阴道放置凯妮汀栓;对照组单纯给予阴道放置凯妮汀栓,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组痊愈率为92.2%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较,P=0.022,差异具有统计学意义。结论阴道应用凯妮汀栓联合安多福消毒液治疗妊娠期孕妇外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,疗效优于单独使用凯妮汀栓,对孕妇及胎儿安全,值得临床推广应用。
