| 摘 要： | 目的：总结闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法：对132例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料性分析。结果：132例闭合性肾损伤中，肾挫伤96例，肾裂伤21例，肾粉碎伤15例，并发伤36例。血尿、腰部疼痛是主要的临床症状。保守治疗87例，超选择性肾动脉栓塞术6例，手术治疗39例。死亡6例。结论：B超和CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。迅速而准确的伤情评估，严格掌握手术时机是治疗闭合性肾损伤的关键。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 132 cases of closed renal traumas. Methods:132 cases of closed renal traumas were studied retrospectively. Results:There were 96 cases of renal contusion and 21 cases of renal laceration and 15 cases of renal multiple major laceration and 36 cases of renal injures complicated by other visceral injuries. Hematuria and flank pain were main symptoms. 87 patients received conservative treatment, 39 patients underwent open operation, 6 cases received super selected renal arteriographic embolization, and 6 patients died of the injury. Conclusions:Ultrasonography and CT were effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma. It was the most important for the treatment of closed reeal trauma to evaluate the extent of the injury quickly and accurately and to decide the treatment strategy. |
