| 摘 要： | 目的：评价果糖二磷酸钠（ＦＤＰ）治疗心律失常的疗效。方法：ＦＤＰ组３１例（男性１７例，女性１４例，年龄５１±ｓ１８ａ），除使用常规抗心律失常药物治疗外，加用ＦＤＰ５～１０ｇ，静脉滴注，ｑｄ，７～１４ｄ为一个疗程。另设对照组３１例（男性２０例，女性１１例，年龄５９±１６ａ），仅用常规抗心律失常药物治疗，７～１４ｄ为一个疗程。结果：ＦＤＰ组总有效率９０％，对照组６５％，２组间有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＦＤＰ临床使用中未见不良反应。结论：加用ＦＤＰ治疗心律失常疗效满意。

| Abstract: | AIM: To assess the efficacy of fructose sodium diphosphate (FDP) in the treatment of arrhythmias. METHODS: The treatment group of 31 patients (M 17, F 14; age 51±s 18 a) was treated with FDP 5-10 g, iv drip, qd, in addition to conventional therapy, for 7-14 d. The other 31 patients in control group (M 20, F 11; age 59±16 a) were treated with the conventional therapy for the treatment of arrhythmias, for 7-14 d. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group, and 65% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Adverse reactions of FDP were not noted. CONCLUSION: FDP supplement is effective and safe in treating patients with arrhythmias. |
